A great Realtor is much more than someone showing properties or placing a home on the market. It is about uncovering and understanding the client’s true real estate needs and then exceeding expectations.

In the spring of 2000 Linda became the Sales Director for the Arvida Realty Services, Kendall office. In April 2002 Arvida joined the Coldwell Banker family. She consistently ranks in the top 10% of Coldwell Banker professionals nationwide. A multi-million dollar producer, Linda has dealt with properties from $16,000 to 8 million dollars.
Linda succeeds for several reasons: the foremost is her professional dedication, ethical standards and style. She is a caring individual who will go the extra mile for her clients. Many of Linda’s closest friends once bought or sold a home with her. Linda’s customers are repeat clients because they have found in her not only a friend, but also an excellent business partner.

With knowledge of the Miami-Dade and Broward county communities, Linda works from beginning to end to make moving an easy process.
Linda hails from the great state of Virginia and often returns there to visit the mountains. She graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in the Shenandoah Valley and went on to graduate from Longwood College, also in Virginia.

Whirlwind Buying Tour Nets Great Find!
I first met Linda while I was still working with the search committee at FIU for the position of Associate Vice President and University Controller. I lived in San Francisco, and without Linda, I couldn’t possibly have ended up in my own home in Coral Gables within a month of joining the university.
From the very beginning she provided services far beyond my expectations.
• She figured out which communities would fit my commuting restrictions, budget, and life style preferences.
• She picked me up from FIU interviews and campus visits to “test drive” the communities with me and show me sample houses on the market.
• She created a “private website” for us so that from California we could review and rate and ask questions about houses for sale in our target neighborhoods.
• She turned a four day house hunting trip into a tightly scheduled marathon during which we visited forty of our top house selections. And she remained gracious no matter how cranky and snappish we became as the days wore on. And she cut short an out-of-town vacation to do it!
• She drove us back and forth, and back and forth, during rush hour, to make sure our choice would really give me the commute I wanted.
• She was an island of calm and reason as we worked through a difficult and nerve-wracking short sale process.
• She found us referrals for all the myriad tradesmen we needed to repair and improve the house. And it was quite a long list!
I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of Linda’s professionalism, attention to detail, knowledge of the local neighborhoods, tact, and, especially, patience.

Kendall Townhouse Sells Fast For Top Dollar
Realtor Linda Tartak's knowledge of Miami real estate enabled me to price my home fairly and still receive the highest achievable selling price for my home in this difficult market. The home sold for considerably more than recent comparable sales in the Devon-Aire community. I believe that I fully recovered the costs of renovations to the home that were completed on her advice and recommendation.
During the process, Ms. Tartak kept me fully informed of everything that needed to be done to quickly sell the house. She responded quickly to all of my phone and e-mail inquiries.
Aimed at making my house move-in ready, Ms. Tartak's advice on interior painting and on making other upgrades to the home were right on target. She supplied the name of a reputable and cost-effective carpet supplier. That tradesman, in turn, suggested a good plumber and tile man. These necessary home improvements undoubtedly led to the quick sale and the high price I received at closing on July 23, 2010. I will happily recommend the services of Linda Tartak and the firm of Coldwell Banker to anyone wishing to sell their home rapidly and for the best price that can be had in this market.

Kendall Seller Nets Quick Sale While Living in Bolivia
It has been my privilege to know and work with Linda Tartak in the sale of our home in Miami. When the burden of being a long-distance landlord was more than we wanted to handle, we turned to Linda to list and sell our house.
Needless to say, this is a difficult real estate market. Linda came through with top-flight advice along the way. The house had some “issues” and Linda has a team of professionals that she works with that moved things along very quickly. I followed her recommendations on a roofing contractor, attorney and a permit closure specialist. Her network of contacts, built over her years as a Realtor, was invaluable.
She advised us well on pricing, and protected us at closing from paying excessive costs on behalf of the buyer. She was able to sell the house for the full appraised value. Although the price was not what it might have been a couple of years ago, Linda made sure we didn’t leave any money on the table.
Linda is a great communicator, and although we were thousands of miles away, she kept us fully informed every step of the way. We went from listing to closing in 10 weeks, pretty remarkable.
I cannot recommend Linda Tartak more highly.

Out of Town Buyer Finds Dream Waterfront Retreat!
I want to recommend most highly the real estate services of Linda Tartak. I have bought and sold quite a few homes over the years, but I have never worked with a more dedicated and knowledgeable realtor than Linda. I described to her what I thought were the ideal locations, price range, & home characteristics, then she went to work. Because of her thorough knowledge of a wide area of Southern Florida, she was able to send me complete details of many listings over a few months of searching… all were within the scope of what I had detailed as my ideal situation. During the search process she was able to answer most of the questions I had & any she couldn’t answer, she made calls on the spot to get the answers from her wide network of friends and associates. She also arranged for all settlement requirements, took care of all paperwork, attended settlement for me, & has followed-up routinely to be sure all is going well. The energy, concern, and work she displayed was extraordinary.
