Holly has been in the real estate business for 11 years. She works in all price points and has worked with local builders on new construction sales. She especially enjoys working with relocation clients and first time home buyers. She has the heart of a teacher and loves introducing people to Tennessee (specifically Williamson County). Also, she has been working with many California transplants lately! People often call her to sell their unique properties on a little bit of land. Her current office is located in Leipers Fork which is only 20 minutes from Fairview.
Holly has a master's degree in mental health counseling from Vanderbilt University. Buyers and Sellers say she is easy to talk to and seems to understand their wants and needs. She believes that effective communication is a key to her success.
Holly has lived in Fairview since 2006. She studies the Fairview real estate market every single day. In 2018, Real Producers Magazine featured her as the "local expert" in Fairview. In that same year, she sold 25 million in real estate with the majority of her sales being in Fairview, TN.

Also, Holly has taken many of her classes on staging. For 2018, Holly was ranked #44 in the state of Tennessee for individual agent sales volume. In her previous company, she was ranked #12 in 2018 for individual and team sales out of over 700 agents. She has been a Dave Ramsey ELP for 7 years. In 2019, the Williamson County Association of Realtors® invited her to be their ambassador of governmental affairs for Fairview.
In addition to real estate, Holly is involved with the PTO at Fairview High School and donates to many community projects. She is on the board of directors for S.A.F.E in Leipers Fork which is a nonprofit that helps foster kids and families in Middle Tennessee. She is married and has 3 boys. Her husband owns a country music video production business. In their free time, they enjoy hanging out at their home on the Piney River in Hickman County and hosting kayaking parties.
