Winter 2012 Market Update
Gardner is about to see a tremendous increase in jobs with the BNSF train Intermodal and it’s surrounding warehouses, several factories in the New Century Airport area and a new Lowes and surrounding stores right off of I-35. It should be a wonderful time for sellers to get their homes sold with an increase in population and a great time to buy in a growing area before the prices start to go up.
