Lake Wylie Living - Friday July 17th, 2009 9:36am

Back in 1986 Gina moved to Lake Wylie, SC and for 2 years that area was home. Talk about paradise. At the time, Lake Wylie was peaceful, quiet, relaxing and tons of fun. Back then there was not much at Lake Wylie, but today it is a whole new world. Restaurants which were popular dining spots are still present today such as the River Rat and T-Bone's, but more restaurants have popped up in the area. Today there are also lots of shopping areas, grocery stores, an awesome golf driving range and several other conveniences that just a few years ago were not even thought about are popping up all over the Lake Wylie area. Lake Wylie is still beautiful and peaceful and there is nothing that can compare to lake living. Lake Wylie has something for everyone who desires to be part of this paradise on earth. If you are looking for apartment homes, single family homes, condos, or large estates you can find it on all the shores and the surrounding area of Lake Wylie.

The Guilliams Team would love to show you all the many features this area has to offer so give us a call today and let your lake living dream begin.
T-Bone's at Lake Wylie - Thursday July 16th, 2009 1:29pm

If you are looking for a dining atmosphere that is unique, relaxed, has atmosphere and great food then T-Bone's is just the place for you. Situated on beautiful Lake Wylie, T-Bone's is a favorite of locals and visitors alike. The menu is full of items to suit any craving such as chicken dishes, seafood, ribs, steaks and pasta dishes (the Cajun chicken pasta is to die for). T-Bone's is a great place to meet with friends and enjoy the large deck that looks out on the water. Boats can pull right up so diners can come in and enjoy a nice and relaxing meal. During spring and summer live music on the deck is common and you will usually always see someone you know. So if you desire great food, awesome atmosphere and a wonderful way to kick back and relax and you might see The Guilliams Team at T-Bone's today.
Relocation - July 4th 2009
As we continue to grow our business, and with our professional background, we both realize the importance of building and maintaining a strong network of contacts. We have been fortunate in our careers to build relationships with real estate professionals throughout the United States. How does our network benefit our clients? Easy. We are often asked for advice from friends and previous clients who are relocating to another area if we know of a real estate professional who can help them in their new area with finding a new home. Moving to an area where you don't know any real estate professionals can be a daunting task and many times people will just take potluck and call someone from the yellow pages. Let us help connect you with a person that we trust who we know will offer you top service and share their knowledge of the area when you are moving and looking for a new home. We have such a strong network of professionals willing to help you that we trust and we will follow up to make sure they are doing you a good job. If you find you are in a position where you have to relocate let us help take the hassle and anxiety out of the process and connect you with one of the real estate professionals we trust and recommend.
