The June market have increased for Baileys Cross Roads !

Total Sold Dollar Volume was $25,892,847 that is an increase of 64.66 percent what this means is the market in Baileys Cross Roads is at 92.44 percent. The number of properties closed were 38 that is an increase of 52 percent from last year! The Median property Sold Price was $665,500 that is an increase of 12.8 percent from last month and an increase of 24.98 percent from last year ! The avarage sold price was is $681,391 and that equates to 8.33 percent increase from the month of May to and an increase of 21.54 for the year. The Avg Days on Market have decreased from 70 days to 58 days and the original list price to closed price has increased from 96.9% to 97.52% that equates to an increase from 2010 of 2.23% and from May 2011 to June 2011 an increase of 0.25%

Sluggish housing market in line for a better 2012, according to quarterly survey

The figures are still flat-lining, but there appears to be signs of life out there for a housing market that's dying for an upward tick of good news.

The up-and-down ride for real estate the past few years was seen again in the fourth quarter of 2011, according to a survey of HouseHunt real estate agents across the country. There are pockets of good news offset by bad, with home values and prices basically bumping along the bottom of the grid on a perceived never-ending rocky road.
