Spring 2012 Market Update
We are seeing good job growth and population growth. New home builders have some great inventory availability on the ground and you can find some great buyer discounts with some great buyer incentives. This is also a good time to sell and move up and take advantage of some of the new home and re-sale home prices to be found out there. This is also a good time to find great prices on re-sale homes because of all the inventory available.
