Allen is excited about the new shops, hotel, restaurants and the hockey stadium being built at Stacey and 75. Home prices are holding steady. Getting loans through is the issue. Celebration Park has the splash pool up and running, or head to the nautitorium to get out of the heat. There is inventory in all price ranges, but we're finding multiple offers and offers over asking price to be fairly common. It's time to move to Allen!
