1st Time Homebuyers , IT IS TIME , you can get a home in the Bluffton area for 75.00 a square foot , can't build it that cheap.Interest rates are at 60 year lows , unbelievable , time to call me and see what you can get for what you are paying in rent.

2010 was a good year , we used up some inventory. Sales were up 4.2% over 2009 and inventory was down 6.1%. Having said that because of the glut of Short Sales and Forclosures prices dropped 19.2% from the previous year. We believe the foreclosure market will still affect Bluffton until mid 2012 . If you are a first time homebuyer or transferring to the area it is the year to purchase a home.
The interest rates are expected to rise this year which will probably offset any pricing reductions . So let me know it is time to get your toe out of the water and jump in . This is the year remember work with an ABR , Accredited Buyers Agent with househunt.

The First time buyer tax credit has expired . We sold quite a few homes due to this program but things have slowed down. Mortgage rates are low and if you have a 625 credit score or higher I can get you a house for about $75.00 a square foot . Can't build it that cheap . Call me if it is time for you .

Sluggish housing market in line for a better 2012, according to quarterly survey
The figures are still flat-lining, but there appears to be signs of life out there for a housing market that's dying for an upward tick of good news.
The up-and-down ride for real estate the past few years was seen again in the fourth quarter of 2011, according to a survey of HouseHunt real estate agents across the country. There are pockets of good news offset by bad, with home values and prices basically bumping along the bottom of the grid on a perceived never-ending rocky road.
