Sunset Beach is in the process of getting the new bridge to the island. Things have been a little slow in home buying due to the influx of vacationers. There have been many inquiries about the area and we are looking for a strong fall and end of year. There are many great buys on the market now. The prices in the area have come down to the prices of 2004 and that is a good thing. It means that there will be buyers ready to get their place at the beach. We have been very fortunate this year with the weather. Many beautiful days, some good rain days but nothing extreme, at least not yet. Come on down, the area is ready for you. Sue West
