The inventory of homes in Belle Plaine continues to remain low, 81 homes at all prices. The 10%, to $8000 buyer tax credit is helping homes priced under $200,000 with 18 sales pending as of 10/2/09. There are newly listed bank owned homes and seller owned short sales coming on the market. This trend will continue as foreclosure activity remains active.
