News for Odenton, MD - Saturday November 7th, 2009 10:25am
It looks like today the President will sign legislation extending the $8000.00 First Time Homebuyer Tax Credit and enacting a $6500.00 tax credit for existing home owners who purchase a principal residence. Additionally it increases the qualifying income levels which for us in this area is good news indeed. If you have been thinking of making a move now may be the perfect time based on the tax advantages, low interest rates, and ample inventory. Call Andy Schram today at 410-258-3660 to discuss your particular situation and how you can move into your dream home!

Wow! Is it fall already? What a beautiful time of year for all of us that live in Odenton/Ft. Meade. Pretty soon we will be raking leaves and sitting in front of the fireplace as we prepare for the Holidays. It has been a challenging year for our community but the housing market has stabilized and now may be a great time to consider a trade up or for some of my empty nesters maybe it is time to consider downsizing. Whatever your circumctances I am always available to talk with you about your family's Real Estate needs.

Wow! Time is running out on the $8000 Federal Stimulus First Time Buyer Tax Credit but there is still some time to take adantage of this generous program. There is some hope that it will be extended beyond the November 30th deadline. The under $350,000 market in Odenton has been especially busy but there are still plenty of fine homes on the market. With BRAC activity finally beginning to heat up I am receiving more and more inquiries from out of town buyers. With Base Realignment at Ft. Meade and the construction of the first phase of the Odenton Town Center we are in for a very interesting period! As always I offer you "Old Fashioned Service With Cutting Edge Results"
