Not me. Just keep the Buyer Tax credit alive and this housing market may pull us out of the biggest US economic downturn in history. Well, that is a bit optimistic, but now that the power is back in the hands of buyers, many people are feeling empowered again. That's the kind of public attitude that we are in desperate need of.
