A steady job with a steady income. I know this because I am an active buyer in this market. My advice is if your thinking of buying and wondering what kind of financing you are qualified for go and interview a few different lenders and compare interest rates. If you’re not qualified to get a loan there are other options. 1. Look for sellers that offer owner financing. 2. Find out what it is that is holding you back from getting a loan and work on slowly fixing it so in the future you will be qualified. |
