This allows the buyer to purchase a higher priced home by applying all their qualifying income toward the mortgage, not the mortgage insurance! |

Multiple offers on the good properties is not unusual. Many of the buyers for this area are using an FHA loan which precludes buying a property that needs a lot of repairs. Properties that require updating and repairs are mostly being bought by investors who are improving the property and either holding as a rental or putting back on the market. |
