According to data pulled from HouseHunt neighborhood demographics, assembled by OnBoard, the top 20 U.S. zipcodes with the most expensive home prices are located in New Jersey and California among others. Laguna Beach, CA is the most expensive city with the highest expensive average price per square foot of $1,311 and an average home price of $7,346,909. Following Laguna Beach on the list are Malibu, CA (average home price of $4,547,187), Montecito, CA (average home price of $7,724,578) and Manhattan Beach, CA (average home price of $2,518,136).
