Seven zipcodes on the list are found in Northern California cities, including the San Francisco Bay communities of Stinson Beach ($3,529,167), Palo Alto ($2,828,600) and Portola Valley ($2,568,000). Florida shows up three times with the communities of Coral Gables ($3,388,483), Palm Beach ($2,920,538) and Terra Ceia Island ($2,876,286). The list of the most expensive cities is completed by Medina, Washington ($3,634,000). The list is aggregated by zipcode, based on the average home prices of three-bedroom, single-family homes, and includes areas with five or more listings on the market.
