Living in a gated community doesn’t have to mean living in a cookie-cutter neighborhood. Offering a sense of security, some communities offer on-patrol security guards at the gate and/or a security keypad system to enter the community. These residential areas typically offer swimming pools and tennis courts, an on-site gym, play areas for children, and depending on the size of the community, golf courses. Ideal for families and retirees, gated communities truly offer their residents a sense of safety and unity.
To search for a gated community simply select from the State drop-down menu on the right and click on the state of your choice and hit the Search Listings button. Or, you may select from the list of states below. From there you can make your selection on which communities interest you and read more about them. Each community features an overview of the area, including a community profile, as well as available gated community real estate options and prices. You’ll also find helpful resources and direct contact information for a real estate agent who specializes in placing buyers in gated communities that best suits their personal and financial needs.
