Between the years 1990-1994, I migrated south from the blustery cold winters of Tunkhannock, PA., Cincinnati, OH, Greenville, NC and currently reside in the Orlando area with my three cats Nikkita, MyKi and Meecho. My experience in the hospitality industry taught me about the value of superior customer service. It is taking the time to get to know your customers and their needs and putting their interests above everything else.
