 From the ripe age of 22, REALTOR® Greg Sofio launched his now thriving career in real estate. He started as a General Contractor in Southern California, investing money into building homes and small commercial buildings. Eventually, he and his wife Patti moved to sunny, laid-back Albuquerque, New Mexico. Throughout the years, Greg has invested in real estate both as an individual and in partnerships. He has come to really know all aspects of the market, from foreclosure sales to development to commercial buildings and land.
Greg is so personally fueled by real estate that he became co-owner of a real estate investment club, just finished writing a soon-to-be released book, and even mentors and teaches real-estate related classes. He has supported his community by raising money for charities such as The Wishing Star Foundation, sat as Vice-chair of Food Bank events, acted as . . .Volunteer Event Director for Promise Keepers, and supported the military as an Honorary Commander. In their spare time, Greg and his wife enjoy the great outdoors by touring on their Harley, hiking with the dogs, scuba diving, snow skiing and golfing.
