From our very first contact with Jon about our interest in purchasing a home in the Auburn to Grass Valley area he was very helpful by doing all the l...eg work to view properties that would meet the requirements we had given him. In a matter of 3 days he showed us a number of houses that met our requirements. On the third day we submitted an offer on one of the properties which was accepted within 24 hours.
His upfront work saved us numerous days in our search since we were never shown any properties that were outside our requirements. Our past experience with other real estate agents was often frustrating since we would be shown many properties that did not come close to our requested requirements. Jon is one of the few real estate professionals who listens to his customers about what they are seeking in a new property, and then does all the leg work to find properties that meet those requirements.
