While Jan enjoys nearly 40 percent in repeat or referred business, she specializes in investment properties. As a top producing "Centurion Award" designee for the last three consecutive years, she believes there is a solution to most every obstacle, confronting challenges with creative thinking and committing her best effort. As a native Californian, she credits the lifestyle, diversity, the nearby beaches and the spectacular year-round weather as some of the reasons why Southern California . . .is a great place to call home. Active in her community, Jan devotes time to the Boy Scouts, the PTA and local charity organizations and events. An avid reader, gardener, cook and entertainer, she spends time with her family every chance she gets.
