I was very leery abo...ut working with a real estate agent, but Stephanie was great! She worked with us, she was always available, she was not pushy, she was honest with us, and she was very nice! Over the years She has had as many as 6 buyers agents and as few as 2! Right now they are a team of 4, Stephanie Smith, Hilary Contino, Lisa Weaver and myself! Stephanie Smith is our agent that works both the Missouri and the Kansas Side. Her focus is First Time Home Buyers! Hilary tends to stay on the Kansas Side and focuses on Investment Real Estate and resale Buyers. Lisa works the Kansas side with first time and repeat buyers.
