All of these were purchased as investment properties and are currently rented and earning an average of 5% net income on our investment.
To put it succinctly, these transactions would not have been possible without Patricia's expertise, diligence and personalized help. She kept us aware of properties coming on the market, understood our requirements, visited them with us (usually several times) and was in continuous communication with the seller, the escrow officers and with us. During the entire process, from finding the properties right to the close of escrow.
