| | Personal: | Carl Kratz moved to SC in 1995. He met his lovely wife on the soccer field in 2003. She happens to be a Marine Biologist, which comes in handy with all the water properties in the area. Their dog Barkley is currently training to become a water rescue dog. Their two cats prefer to stay inside and be cats. Carl’s customer service experience since 1986 is obvious in the way that he interacts with his clients. Carl also enjoys kayaking, being outside, and remodeling. This gives him the perfect skill set to help home buyers and sellers. |
