Very impressed with Audrey"s knowledge of real estate

My wife and I live in Florida. In May of 2010 we went to Delaware to attend a funeral and to visit family. During our visit we found a house that was... for sale that we were interested in. We contacted FIRST CLASS PROPERTIES for a showing. Audrey Brodie met us and showed us the house, informed and explained the taxes, closing fees, and other information that we requested. We made an offer, left a check and went back to Florida. In a day or so, she called and informed that our offer was accepted. We were giving a closing date and explained what we needed to know. We went back to Delaware in June 0f 2010, made closing without any problems. A short time later we decided to stay in Florida, as my 94 year old Mother could not move with us to Delaware. We asked Audrey to sell the house for us as we could not make the move. We were very pleased with the selling price. We were very impressed with Audrey"s knowledge of the real estate business and with her personality.
