Alan Westerlund was born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following Naval Flight School, he served two tours in Vietnam as a Navy pilot. Continually licensed in real estate for over 30 years, Alan enjoyed parallel business careers as an executive in the hospitality industry, as well as a real estate broker and investor. Now committed to real estate full time, Alan is a Real Estate Associate Broker with Carolina One Real Estate, the predominant real estate company in the South Carolina "Low Country." Alan also holds an active Real Estate Broker’s license in Florida and is most knowledgeable of current real estate opportunities in Southwest Florida.
